So, who are we?

Hi, I’m Jason, I am the company owner, employee and maker of my own coffee. I do everything and partner with those who can do better.

I have over 25 years of experience in the IT business. Working as an IT Engineer, Help-desk Manager, Technical Manager, Project Manager and everything in between. I have worked for large and small organisations gaining vast knowledge in many areas.

Over the years, working in various roles and industries, what I have most enjoyed, and therefore excelled at, is working with small companies (and departments in large organisations) to develop efficient, reliable process and workflows. Helping save time and increase reliability. By understanding the expected outcomes and working towards the companies goals and joining up all the processes to work together can have a huge impact on productivity. Automation can save time and allow the teams to focus on delivering quality. It’s a very satisfying and rewarding process.

So, after working for various organisations over these years I wanted to create a company that focused specifically on workflow automation. Coupled with the recent revolution in online services, these are very exciting times for small companies to utilise these services and automate their processes, doing much more, for less and focusing on delivering quality to their company.

Zensible Solutions was born and we are here to help.

Workflow automation is what we do

  • How many monotonous, repetitive tasks do you do each day?
  • How many processes does your company have that takes away your time from your business goals?
  • How many times do you think to yourself that there must be a better way?

I’m guessing it's often. Most company owners and managers know this, they know there must be a better way.

The problem is…..TIME. You don’t have any time to look at better ways because you're using it all trying to get things done.

Our Services

Process and workflow analysis
To take an in detail look at one of your processes, document the workflow and make recommendations on the steps you can automate and how what tools and methods you would use to achieve this.
Provide process and workflow documentation
Produce documentation on your processes including visual diagrams of the workflow. This can be used to further analyse and improve processes or used for training new staff members or ensuring members of staff can cover in the event of absences and holidays from key employees
Process and workflow design
After analysing your process and finding the shortfalls such as duplicate data entry into different systems, poor visibility to all key members of staff, lack of contingency plans, no consistency or error checking. A new process can be designed that addresses these and saves time overall.
Process and workflow automation
Part of the design could be to automate tasks within the workflow such as capturing new enquiries into online forms, importing them into spreadsheets, adding them into contacts and welcome email groups.
Process Automation Management
Once processes have been automated, it is important to monitor them in case of a failure or an anomaly occurring. This ensures that nothing is missed and tasks are being carried out as expected.
Productivity Consultancy
There is already a huge number of software services with some incredible functionality that can really help business and departments manage their workload. This number is growing every day and is available to you without any hardware requirements or capital outlay (lots are free for limited usage) and can be ready to go in minutes. The problem is that it is overwhelming and choosing the best services is difficult. We can help you determine which would be the best for you and get you up and running.

What do we do? We do the impossible. We “make time”

Time is by far the most valuable commodity, it is finite, it cannot be extended and cares not about money, it cannot be bought. After all, time is money.

This is where we can help. The world is continually changing and the emergence of cloud services, fast internet and “pay as you go” subscriptions, means that software and systems that were only available to corporate organisations are now available to everyone for free or manageable monthly costs.

There is zero or little capital outlay and can grow as your business grows. You will already be using some of these services. MS Office 365, Google Suite, Dropbox, Slack, Trello, Expensify. This list goes on...

So by analysing your processes and tasks we can help you choose the right services but also connect these services together to work for you. Use forms to collect customer data, import the data into spreadsheets, update contacts in your contacts lists, accounts packages, CRM systems, add them to mailing lists, create folders again this list is endless. If you can write down the process then we can automate it and give you back TIME.

Due to the finite nature of time, we can’t actually “make time” but we can borrow it, we can reallocate, we can prioritise.
